Greetings Heroes of Arkesia, Amazon Games made the announcement that they are disabling any connections that are using VPNs to Lost Ark. So if anyone tries to connect with one and get the Lost Ark Error 100110 this is now why. They state and I quote:

“You may not use any technology or technique to obscure or disguise your location.“

– Section 5.2 of Amazon Games Terms of Service

Additionally, they go onto saying that the main goal for doing this is to combat bots that are currently a problem within Lost Ark. So, if you use a VPN to reduce lag or fix a problem, you might be out of luck.
