Scrapper is the ‘heavy’ option for Martial Artists. It uses two giant gloves as weapons and is focused on slow, powerful hits, generally sacrificing mobility for damage. The class also features Chi, giving it essentially two different mana bars, with specific skills costing one energy and generating the other. It’s pretty straightforward but still a very powerful class.

Scrapper Leveling Guide

Leveling in Lost Ark is more of a tutorial for the class than anything else and you will have a fairly smooth experience doing just about anything. However, with that being said, there are a few things you can do to optimize your leveling experience. 

To maximize damage while leveling, you should focus all your skill points on the following skills: 

• Death Rattle
• Earthquake Chain
• Chain Destruction Fist
• True Rising Fist 
• Dragon Advent

While these are the recommended skills, you can level up with just about anything. The most important thing for Scrapper is that you pick one good AoE and one good single-target skill, which will allow you to take down all forms of enemies quickly. 

Best Scrapper PvE Engravings and Stat Priority

Scrapper is one of the most balanced classes when it comes to class-specific engravings. Both of the classes’ engravings are very powerful and both are part of very strong end-game builds. These are Shock Training and Taijutsu. 

Shock Training is the slower option, focusing on slow powerful hits as well as following a somewhat strict rotation. Taijutsu, meanwhile, focuses on high attack speed and mobility and using skills as they become available. 

As mentioned, both builds are viable and we’ll cover a selection of skill builds for both below. 

Shock Training stat priority: Spec and Crit (at a 60/40 ratio)

Taijutsu stat priority: Crit and Swiftness (at a 70/30 ratio)

Scrapper Chaos Dungeon, Cube & Raid Tripods and Skill Builds

Scrapper is a very interesting class in that it has a lot of very good skills which can be applied to a lot of situations. Due to this there are a ton of different Scrapper builds, all focusing on different aspects of the game and all being successful in their own way.

It’s difficult to say which build will be best, especially on the western version, so feel free to experiment with skills and builds to find what suits you best. With that being said, we’ve put together two builds which you can use to tackle the majority of content. For Awakening skills, you should use Blast of Ruination for both builds.

Best Scrapper PvE Combos

In Lost Ark, skills combo together to create a powerful chain of moves that is much more effective than using each move individually.  As such, there will be a huge damage difference between players who know how to get the most out of their class, and those who don’t. 

That being said, most fights are very dynamic, so you won’t always be able to complete your full combo, as surviving should be the key focus. Still, here’s how a rotation can look for both Scrapper builds: 

Shock Training Scrapper Combo

1. Charging Blow
2. Supernova
3. Crushing Smite
4. Death Rattle
5. Fierce Tiger Strike (To regenerate energy)
6. Charging Blow (To regenerate energy)
7. Chain Destruction Fist
8. Charging Blow (To regenerate energy)
9. True Rising Fist
10. Roundup Sweep

Note: You should aim to follow this rotation as strictly as possible, but at points you may need to reuse Charging Blow and Fierce Tiger Strike to regenerate green Chi to continue the combo.

Taijutsu Scrapper Combo

1. Charging Blow
2. Iron Cannon Blow
3. Battering Fists
4. Dragon Advent
5. Fierce Tiger Strike
6. Instant Hit
7. Continuous Push
8. Roundup Sweep

Note: As Taijutsu this is more of a priority order of skills, you should use skills as they come off of cooldown in this order. Also keep Roundup Sweep ready for when high stagger or a counter is needed.
